Frederick Murunga is the Chairman of C&R. He is a Certied Public Accountant and holds an MBA from the University of Manchester, England. He is currently Executive Director of Broadband Express Limited, having previously been Managing Director of Africaonline. He previously worked for Pricewaterhouse Coopers, before serving such organizations as Unga Group and Menanet Communications, Egypt. Fred also serves on boards of various organizations such as KCA University; Quantum Resources Kenya; 3Mice Media Interactive and others.

James Kamau is the Managing Partner of Iseme, Kamau & Maema Advocates, based in Nairobi, Kenya. James holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) Degree from the University of Nairobi, as well as a Diploma in Law from Kenya School of Law. He is an Advocate of
the High Court of Kenya. James has handled numerous complex commercial transactions involving advising foreign investors on the NSE and CMA procedures, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring of companies, debt rescheduling and preparation of
international agreement s amongst others.  He was also instructed by the World Bank (Washington) engaged in research on Kenyan commercial laws relating to corporate governance and completed a questionnaire which formed the Kenyan chapter in a publication known as “Doing Business in 2006” which generated over 1,600 media articles worldwide and led to legal
reform in 26 countries.

Collen Tapfumaneyi is the Chief Executive O fficer (CEO) of C&R. He has been instrumental in the share registry field; having founded the first independent share registry services company in Zimbabwe, Corpserve Registrars Limited over 10 years ago. He has over the years grown his business activities to cover such countries as South Africa; Zambia; Malawi; Tanzania; Botswana and Kenya where he has been involved in several capital markets transactions. Collen also founded and is a director of Escrow International (Mauritius ) ; Escrow Systems (South Africa); Corpserve Holdings International; Corpserve Zambia; Corpserve Zimbabwe and Mailnet Couriers & Logistics Zimbabwe. He holds an Association of Chartered Certi fied Accountants (ACCA), Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Management and studied Economics at the University of Zimbabwe.
